Stairwell & Escape Route Doors for Deeside buildings
Need stairwell fire doors in Deeside? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Clwyd, starting with a free measure survey in and around CH5. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Deeside is about 11 miles from Wrexham. Wherever your building is in CH5, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Deeside?
Fire doors in Deeside are covered by the Welsh Building Regulations guidance for new work and by the Fire Safety Order 2005 for existing premises. Your fire risk assessment will say which doors need replacing and to what rating.

Do you cover Deeside?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit stairwell fire doors throughout Deeside and the rest of Clwyd, including CH5 and nearby Hawarden.
