Security fire doors in Torquay

Security Fire Doors for Torquay buildings

We fit fire and security rated doorsets in Torquay and the rest of Devon. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.

We cover TQ1 and the surrounding area, including Paignton. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Fire door rules in Torquay

In Torquay, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.

What do security fire doors cost in Torquay?

Our guide price for security fire doors in Torquay is £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.

We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
