Whether your building is in central Clevedon or on its edges towards Nailsea, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
What the law says in Clevedon
Because Clevedon is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Clevedon?
Budget around £1,400 to £4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens supplied and fitted in Clevedon, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.

Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
Can you fit just one door in Clevedon?
