Certified fire rated glazed screens for Daventry
We fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights in Daventry and the rest of Northamptonshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Whether your building is in central Daventry or on its edges towards Rugby, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Regulations for fire rated glazed screens in Northamptonshire
In Daventry, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Daventry?
Our guide price for fire rated glazed screens in Daventry is £1,400 to £4,500 per screen including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
