Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Thornton-Cleveleys buildings
We fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights in Thornton-Cleveleys and the rest of Lancashire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
We cover FY5 and the surrounding area, including Fleetwood. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Your questions answered
Can you work around tenants or staff in Thornton-Cleveleys?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Thornton-Cleveleys?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Thornton-Cleveleys visits with other work in Lancashire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Thornton-Cleveleys?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Can screens be very large?
Size limits depend on the screen system's evidence. Larger screens may need intermediate mullions or transoms.
