Questions about fire rated glazed screens in East Kilbride
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in East Kilbride?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
How quickly can you survey in East Kilbride?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine East Kilbride visits with other work in Lanarkshire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you fit just one door in East Kilbride?
Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Lanarkshire.
Does a fanlight above a fire door need to be fire-rated?
Yes, if it is part of the fire-resisting wall or door assembly. Ordinary glass above a fire door defeats the door.
