Motherwell is about 7 miles from East Kilbride; we cover both, along with Hamilton, Wishaw and Coatbridge.
Fire door rules in Motherwell
In Motherwell the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
