Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Eastleigh buildings
If your fire risk assessment in Eastleigh has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights to match its recommendations. Surveys in SO50 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.
Whether your building is in central Eastleigh or on its edges towards Southampton, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Regulations for fire rated glazed screens in Hampshire
Because Eastleigh is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of fire rated glazed screens in Hampshire
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Eastleigh run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
