Getting fire door installation fitted in Coventry
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits fire door installation in Coventry, West Midlands. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Where possible we combine Coventry surveys with other visits in West Midlands, such as Kenilworth and Bedworth, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
What the law says in Coventry
In Coventry, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
