Cost of fire door installation in Powys
Budget around £750 to £1,150 per FD30 doorset for fire door installation supplied and fitted in Newtown, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.

Questions about fire door installation in Newtown

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Newtown?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Newtown visits with other work in Powys. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Which rules do fire door installation in Newtown need to meet?
They are specified to Approved Document B (Wales) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Do you supply fire doors without fitting?
We focus on supply and fit, because certification usually depends on correct installation. Talk to us if you have a contractor-led project.
