For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Washwood Heath, we provide FD60 doorsets for compartment walls, cores and plant rooms with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Where possible we combine Washwood Heath surveys with other visits in West Midlands, such as Aston and Birmingham, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
What the law says in Washwood Heath
In Washwood Heath, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
