Guide prices in Coatbridge
Budget around £1,050 to £1,650 per single doorset for FD60 fire doors supplied and fitted in Coatbridge, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.

Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD60 fire doors throughout Coatbridge and the rest of Lanarkshire, including ML5 and nearby Airdrie.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Coatbridge?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Is the survey in Coatbridge free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
Can I use an FD60 door where FD30 is required?
Yes — a higher rating meets a lower requirement — but it is heavier and dearer, so we only recommend it where the location calls for it or you want a margin.
