Certified FD60 fire doors for Feltham
We fit FD60 doorsets for compartment walls, cores and plant rooms in Feltham and the rest of Greater London. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Where possible we combine Feltham surveys with other visits in Greater London, such as Hanworth and Ashford, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Fire door rules in Feltham
Because Feltham is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
FD60 fire doors prices in Feltham
Expect roughly £1,050–£1,650 per single doorset for FD60 fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Feltham quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
Where FD60 fire doors are needed
Higher-risk stores and plant and boiler rooms are among the most common settings for FD60 fire doors, in Feltham as elsewhere.
London has the UK's largest concentration of purpose-built flats and high-rise residential blocks, so flat entrance doors, communal corridor doors and regulation 10 checks drive much of the demand.
