FD30S Smoke Control Doorsets for Llanelli buildings
We fit FD30S smoke control doorsets for flats, stairs and corridors in Llanelli and the rest of Dyfed. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Llanelli is one of the main towns we cover in Dyfed; tell us your dates and we'll arrange a survey.
Regulations for FD30S fire doors in Dyfed
In Llanelli the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
