Which rules apply in Llanelli?
In Llanelli the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.

Our guide for fire rated glazed screens is £1,400–£4,500 per screen fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Llanelli are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
