Double & Leaf-and-a-Half Fire Doors in Ayrshire

Certified double fire doors for Ayrshire

Throughout Ayrshire, including Kilmarnock, Ayr and Irvine, we survey, quote and fit double and leaf-and-a-half fire doorsets as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.

Which rules apply in Ayrshire?

In Ayrshire the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.

Cost of double fire doors in Ayrshire

Expect roughly £1,600–£3,400 per pair for double fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Ayrshire quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.

Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
