Fire doors in Selby
Whether your Selby building needs one replacement fire door or a full programme, we survey, quote each opening with its certificate reference and fit to the manufacturer's instructions.
Where possible we combine Selby surveys with other visits in North Yorkshire, such as Goole and Pontefract, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Regulations for FD30 fire doors in North Yorkshire
Because Selby is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
North Yorkshire runs from York's historic centre and student housing to Teesside's industry and Harrogate and Scarborough's hotels.
