Acoustic fire doors in Stamford: how we work

Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits acoustic fire doors in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.

We cover PE9 and the surrounding area, including Oakham. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

What the law says in Stamford

Fire doors in Stamford sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
