Certified timber fire doors for Esher
Need timber fire doors in Esher? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Surrey, starting with a free measure survey in and around KT10. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Where possible we combine Esher surveys with other visits in Surrey, such as Walton-on-Thames and Hampton, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Fire door rules in Esher
In Esher, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Timber fire doors prices in Esher
Guide prices for timber fire doors in Esher run from about £750 to £1,600 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
