Getting riser cupboard fire doors fitted in Esher
Need riser cupboard fire doors in Esher? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Surrey, starting with a free measure survey in and around KT10. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Where possible we combine Esher surveys with other visits in Surrey, such as Walton-on-Thames and Hampton, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Fire door rules in Esher
Fire doors in Esher sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
