Our Glenrothes supply and fit service
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Glenrothes, we provide timber fire doorsets in paint, laminate and veneer with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Glenrothes is about 14 miles from Dunfermline. Wherever your building is in KY7, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Fire door rules in Glenrothes
In Glenrothes the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
