Our Brentwood supply and fit service
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits timber fire doors in Brentwood, Essex. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Brentwood is about 19 miles from Southend-on-Sea; we cover both, along with Billericay, Hornchurch and Romford.
What the law says in Brentwood
In Brentwood, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of timber fire doors in Essex
