Stairwell fire doors in Keighley: how we work
Need stairwell fire doors in Keighley? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across West Yorkshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around BD21. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Keighley is about 16 miles from Leeds. Wherever your building is in BD21, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Regulations for stairwell fire doors in West Yorkshire
In Keighley, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Keighley?
Expect roughly £850–£1,400 per single doorset for stairwell fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Keighley quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
