Our Bradford supply and fit service
We cover Bradford and nearby Shipley for stairwell fire doors, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.
Our West Yorkshire coverage includes Bradford and its neighbours Shipley, Pudsey and Cleckheaton; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
What the law says in Bradford
Because Bradford is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Bradford?
Guide prices for stairwell fire doors in Bradford run from about £850 to £1,400 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
