Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Whether your building is in central Scarborough or on its edges towards Bridlington, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Fire door rules in Scarborough
In Scarborough, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
