Our Holyhead supply and fit service
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits stairwell fire doors in Holyhead, Gwynedd. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
Holyhead is about 22 miles from Bangor. Wherever your building is in LL65, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Holyhead?
Wales issues its own version of Approved Document B, so new and replacement fire doors in Holyhead are specified against the Welsh guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies in Wales, covering workplaces and the common parts of multi-occupied residential buildings, including flat entrance doors.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Holyhead?
Guide prices for stairwell fire doors in Holyhead run from about £850 to £1,400 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
