Stairwell & Escape Route Doors for Paignton buildings
If your fire risk assessment in Paignton has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit doors onto protected stairs and escape routes to match its recommendations. Surveys in TQ3 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.
Whether your building is in central Paignton or on its edges towards Torquay, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Fire door rules in Paignton
Because Paignton is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Paignton?
Budget around £850 to £1,400 per single doorset for stairwell fire doors supplied and fitted in Paignton, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
