Our Felling supply and fit service
We fit fire and security rated doorsets in Felling and the rest of Tyne and Wear. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
We cover NE10 and the surrounding area, including Gateshead. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
What the law says in Felling
Because Felling is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

Our guide price for security fire doors in Felling is £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
