Our Cheltenham supply and fit service
Getting riser cupboard fire doors right in Cheltenham means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Our Gloucestershire coverage includes Cheltenham and its neighbours Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Stroud; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Fire door rules in Cheltenham
In Cheltenham, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of riser cupboard fire doors in Gloucestershire
Guide prices for riser cupboard fire doors in Cheltenham run from about £550 to £950 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
