Fire rated glazed screens in Staines: how we work
We fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights in Staines and the rest of Surrey. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Staines is about 8 miles from Woking. Wherever your building is in TW18, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Fire door rules in Staines
New and replacement fire doors in Staines are specified under the Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B. In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Staines?
