Fire rated glazed screens in Camberley: how we work
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Camberley, we provide fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Our Surrey coverage includes Camberley and its neighbours Sandhurst, Farnborough and Crowthorne; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
What the law says in Camberley
Because Camberley is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Fire rated glazed screens prices in Camberley
Expect roughly £1,400–£4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens, fitted, ex VAT. Your Camberley quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.

Fire rated glazed screens in Camberley: questions
Can you work around tenants or staff in Camberley?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Which rules do fire rated glazed screens in Camberley need to meet?
They are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Do you remove the old doors?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset in Camberley.
Can screens be added to an existing fire door?
Only as part of a tested or assessed assembly. Usually the door and screen are replaced together.
