Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Crowthorne buildings
Looking for fire rated glazed screens in Crowthorne? Our supply and fit service covers RG45 and the surrounding area, including Sandhurst and Yateley. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Where possible we combine Crowthorne surveys with other visits in Berkshire, such as Sandhurst and Yateley, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Which rules apply in Crowthorne?
Because Crowthorne is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Crowthorne
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Crowthorne run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
