Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Mansfield buildings
Getting fire rated glazed screens right in Mansfield means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
We cover NG18 and the surrounding area, including Sutton-in-Ashfield. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Which rules apply in Mansfield?
In Mansfield, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
