Fire Exit Doors for Mansfield buildings

Need fire exit doors in Mansfield? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Nottinghamshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around NG18. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.

Where possible we combine Mansfield surveys with other visits in Nottinghamshire, such as Sutton-in-Ashfield and Kirkby-in-Ashfield, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

What the law says in Mansfield

Because Mansfield is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

What do fire exit doors cost in Mansfield?

Our guide price for fire exit doors in Mansfield is £1,200 to £2,200 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.

The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
