Our Kettering supply and fit service
If your fire risk assessment in Kettering has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights to match its recommendations. Surveys in NN16 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.
Kettering is about 12 miles from Northampton; we cover both, along with Wellingborough, Corby and Rushden.
Which rules apply in Kettering?
In Kettering, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Kettering?
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Kettering run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
