What the law says in Clwyd
Fire doors in Clwyd are covered by the Welsh Building Regulations guidance for new work and by the Fire Safety Order 2005 for existing premises. Your fire risk assessment will say which doors need replacing and to what rating.
Fire door installation prices in Clwyd
Our guide for fire door installation is £750–£1,150 per FD30 doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Clwyd are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
