Your questions answered
Do you cover the whole of Clwyd?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit double fire doors across Clwyd, including Wrexham, Buckley and Deeside.
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Clwyd?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in Clwyd. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Why does my double fire door not close properly?
Usually the door selector is missing or out of adjustment, or the leaves have dropped. Pairs need the inactive leaf to close first.
