Certified FD60 fire doors for Trowbridge
We cover Trowbridge and nearby Bath for FD60 fire doors, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.
Where possible we combine Trowbridge surveys with other visits in Wiltshire, such as Bath and Frome, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Regulations for FD60 fire doors in Wiltshire
Because Trowbridge is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of FD60 fire doors in Wiltshire
Guide prices for FD60 fire doors in Trowbridge run from about £1,050 to £1,650 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
