FD60 Fire Doorsets for West Bromwich buildings
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in West Bromwich, we provide FD60 doorsets for compartment walls, cores and plant rooms with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Whether your building is in central West Bromwich or on its edges towards Smethwick, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Regulations for FD60 fire doors in West Midlands
Because West Bromwich is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do FD60 fire doors cost in West Bromwich?
Our guide for FD60 fire doors is £1,050–£1,650 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for West Bromwich are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
