Our Formby supply and fit service
We cover Formby and nearby Maghull for FD60 fire doors, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.
Formby is about 11 miles from Liverpool. Wherever your building is in L37, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Formby?
In Formby, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do FD60 fire doors cost in Formby?
Our guide for FD60 fire doors is £1,050–£1,650 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Formby are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
