Which rules apply in Carshalton?

Fire doors in Carshalton sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.

FD60 fire doors prices in Carshalton

Expect roughly £1,050–£1,650 per single doorset for FD60 fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Carshalton quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.

Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.

Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
