FD30S fire doors in Kirkby-in-Ashfield: questions
What does a Kirkby-in-Ashfield quote include?
Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Do you cover Kirkby-in-Ashfield?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD30S fire doors throughout Kirkby-in-Ashfield and the rest of Nottinghamshire, including NG17 and nearby Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Kirkby-in-Ashfield?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Do smoke seals stop the door closing?
They shouldn't. A properly hung FD30S door closes and latches under its closer. If seals are crushed or the door binds, it needs adjusting — a door that fails to latch is a failed fire door.
