Questions about FD30S fire doors in Alfreton
Do you cover Alfreton?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD30S fire doors throughout Alfreton and the rest of Derbyshire, including DE55 and nearby Ripley.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Alfreton?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Alfreton?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Do smoke seals stop the door closing?
They shouldn't. A properly hung FD30S door closes and latches under its closer. If seals are crushed or the door binds, it needs adjusting — a door that fails to latch is a failed fire door.
