Questions about FD30 fire doors in Sutton-in-Ashfield

Can you work around tenants or staff in Sutton-in-Ashfield?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

Can you fit just one door in Sutton-in-Ashfield?

Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Nottinghamshire.

What does a Sutton-in-Ashfield quote include?

Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.

Can I fit an FD30 door into my existing frame?

Only if the manufacturer's evidence allows that frame, which is rare. We normally supply the complete doorset with a new frame so the certification carries through to the finished job.
