Double fire doors in Kirkcaldy: how we work
Getting double fire doors right in Kirkcaldy means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
We cover KY2 and the surrounding area, including Glenrothes. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Fire door rules in Kirkcaldy
In Kirkcaldy the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
