Our Whitley Bay supply and fit service
Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits commercial fire doors in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.
We cover NE26 and the surrounding area, including North Shields. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
What the law says in Whitley Bay
In Whitley Bay, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
