Our service in Dover
Whether your Dover building needs one replacement fire door or a full programme, we survey, quote each opening with its certificate reference and fit to the manufacturer's instructions.
Our Kent coverage includes Dover and its neighbours Folkestone, Deal and Canterbury; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Which rules apply in Dover?
In Dover, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Kent's Medway towns, county town of Maidstone and coastal resorts bring a mix of flats, HMOs, hotels and converted seaside buildings.
