Your questions answered

Can you work around tenants or staff in Lytham St Annes?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

Can you fit just one door in Lytham St Annes?

Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Lancashire.

How quickly can you survey in Lytham St Annes?

We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Lytham St Annes visits with other work in Lancashire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.

Do acoustic seals affect the fire rating?

They can if untested. We only use seals covered by the doorset's fire evidence.
