Acoustic fire doors in Musselburgh

Getting acoustic fire doors fitted in Musselburgh

Getting acoustic fire doors right in Musselburgh means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.

Where possible we combine Musselburgh surveys with other visits in Edinburgh & the Lothians, such as Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

Which rules apply in Musselburgh?

In Musselburgh the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
