Fire door rules in Poole

Because Poole is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

Acoustic fire doors prices in Poole

Budget around £1,100 to £2,000 per single doorset for acoustic fire doors supplied and fitted in Poole, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.

Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.

Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Poole?

Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
